BT Vision is it any good ? its on offer at £6.99 a month plus £15 for the box &£9 one off for ESPN card any advice ?

There is no HD content on BT Vision. All it gives you are the standard Freeview channels plus the on- demand content.
If you want non-Sky HD, you need to look at Virgin, Freesat, or (if avalaible in your area yet) Freeview HD.
