Congrats Loopylulu always nice to hear good news:)

got my BS stuff v quickly, don't like body lotion so wrapped the 2 of them in the tissues that came with the bag along with a couple of other items from stash and put in the gift bag and tied with the ribbon to put in a raffle at a quiz night:)

worked out the 2 shower gels, body scrub and butter cost me about £20 so not bad (the price paid minus the items I am giving away....makes sense?!)

the halfprice perfume stuff is due soon so hope I like it,nail stuff and boujouris lip glosses as on MSE newsletter

I've been fairly impressed with how long those Dove deo's that were free or better than free with the voucher glitch are lasting. it seemed like a small can so I was expecting it to be gone in no time but it's lasting quite well. I think it'll finish tomorrow or Sunday mind.

Just had a nice soak in the bath with Boots Spa bubble bath (now that IS old!) - one more "dose" left in that I think, and the wretched Avon strawberry yoghurt face mask which although I quite like I'm bored with now! Seems to be lasting forever though so I would recommend it from that point of view!

    Good morning ladies :coffee:

Have been plodding on with reading the original thread (Dec/Jan) and am up to page 43 now (86 for some of you) - am quite enjoying it, quite funny and very informative, of course ;)

    Have used up:

P&P Intense Serum (trial size) - WIBA? Most likely, though can't tell the difference between this and the standard serum-I have a couple more of those little tubes still to use. I really like P&P, but have started using my Superdruge mega-bargain (£2.97) Optimum serum for now, so shall see how it compares.

Interesting article I read in the Evening Standard on Thursday about beauty products getting very advanced. Click here if you'd like to have a read :)

will have to buy some cheap hair removal cream to pour down the plughole as my hair has blocked it again and its the only thing that clears it, so will try hard to resist the temptations when I am in superdrug tomorrow.

If you are lucky there is a teenage version of nair that is some sort of berry scent (? cherry?) well needless to say it doesnt smell of berries- more - er hair removal cream! This is sometimes found in 99p stores. Am on the hunt for some more as I used my last nair last night.
Thanks so much for this brilliant tip, ladies! I've always had such a problem with my hair clogging up everything, plug holes, vacuum cleaners, etc and this will certainly help :T

Forgot another product that bit the dust:

Arm & Hammer Sensitive Gentle Whitening Toothpaste - WIBA? Not anymore. I've used this before and quite liked it, however this last tube went funny half-way down and it was a twice-daily struggle squeezing the stuff out of the tube; felt like I was trying to push clay through a little hole. Worked well, but I don't expect a physical work-out every time I brush my teeth :D

For those of you who have used up a Boots product, only to not be able to find it again, the Beauty Bible website has a list of renamed products which may help you.

    (add boots_products_renamed.html after the / )
Thanks for that link, shame they don't have the Younger Longer hand cream listed, as it was really nice :(

    Used up:

James Brown scandoulous (sp?) rescue treatment - the freebie - WIBA - nope! Useless. Had a really strong henonist kinda smell that was a bit old fashioned. Did nothing for my hair. Overrated. Ooh, have I made myself clear??!!

Clinique, scrub cream - WIBA no. I used to love this but somehow it's not cutting it anymore for me. Which is a shame as it's a regular freebie with any bonus gifts. Hey ho.

Need to do a pamper session today, as I've not been using body lotion/butter and my skin is dry.

    I bought:
Bourjois Little Round pot blusher - Rose de Jaspe - a colour and make which was praised by the Beauty Bible Beauty Steals book I think. And I have to say it's really good. For £6 the colour is really intense. I only have one other blusher so this is a good find.
