    DONE!

Finished now for the week! Managed to get nearly everything dry on the washing line today! Just warming some things up inside and the rest finishing off in the TD

Made some onion bhajis to freeze and take away (ate 2 :o)

Changed mind about tea and having roast chicken then will use the leftovers in a pie to take away too.

House is looking nice and sparkly and ready to start the new week again tomorrow!

Thanks grateful. Give your poor back a rest will you? It is also cold outside now which will not help.

I am just starting HHI if anyone needs to join me?

and SS1 has finally finished de-cluttering the right hand front lawn of turf. Need to back fill with topsoil and think about how cheaply I can re-fill it with shallow rooted plants that don't grow more than three foot tall and will not clash with the wisteria. Greenbee I can feel a peony based plan coming on .....

fedup you must be run-down again that it is flaring up - are you stressing about something or not getting enough sleep? hope you feel better soon

    Thanks tootles

Well my sleep is good at the moment but I do feel very run down when it flares up like this. I look like I have either burnt my eyes or spent a day crying (as 2 people at work asked me last week!)

It has calmed down a little today, the burning has eased off and left very crinkly tight pink skin on the eyes. The skin on my face has gone ballistic too and is all out of order.

Haven't stopped blowing my nose all day too which hasn't helped me feel that great - feel run down but now as bad a yesterday. No idea what has caused it, I think it triggered off with how I felt my the relationship ended last year as it started on that day and never went away from then.

Can't wait to go away for a week next week, although feeling a little apprehensive as I am going alone with my dog for a week in Northumberland. Looking forward to it and making me feel strong to as I never felt confident enough before.

Have planned a few meals to take with me too and sorted out some bags and boots to take up and washed my coat ready to go.

Have lit my nice new lg Yankee Candle out of the auto delivery set, finished Beautiful Day yesterday and today is Early Sunrise which is lovely too and both are very me :D

I have an interview on Tues that I am going to cancel and have thought long and hard about it - it would be difficult moving to another service who are about to go to TUPE when I am already on TUPE and would have been there for a couple of months if I got it before this happened. As the TUPE was difficult last time I need a rest from this set up and want to move somewhere that I know things will remain the same for a longer time under the terms and conditions I know I am moving to.

Wondered why I was thinking about this so much and couldn't work out why then it clicked into place and it made sense to me when I made this decision. Still feels the right one now

S'pose better get off the settee and take the dog out and pop the chicken in to cook ready for tea.

Has been lovely and sunny today (mega chilly though) and is nice that the days are lengthening again

  • now ladies, if a pigeon fell into a chimney stack, and ended up in a fireplace, would you notice it?

I came home from church, went up to change and what did I find in my bedroom? DH had not noticed it....I'm still chuckling. It wasn't hurt and flew happily away when we persuaded it to a window.

Although no one can go back and make a brand new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand new ending.... life is a WIP.
