Weekly Flylady Thread 1st March 2010

It's so cold here! I had just over half an hour in the greenhouse after lunch, sowing carrots, spring onions and lettuce, and had to come in because I couldn't feel my fingers!

I am stuck with my planning. I'm still so tired after the trip. I think some of them will have to do some quiet writing and colouring while I try and get my brain into gear. Maybe if I call it 'individual learning', I'll feel less guilty! Spanish groups this week - learning to tell the time, and school timetable, well, that lends itself to a fair amount of drawing. French groups - shopping for food at a market. Plenty of pairwork I think...sorted!

The house has had a week off flying (although the teens should claim stars for the living room, as they did tidy it) so I'll catch up next week.

Sorry I've not been on properly today - it's just the sun shone so I've been busy busy busy! (Told you I was solar powered!)

Dear Girls

Clean out the freezer.. defrost if necessary but just emptied and sorted otherwise.. scrub those door seals!

2. wipe the fluffy tops of appliances!

Tidy up coats, bags and shoes.. throw away broken umbrellas!
Wash some grubby curtains
Wipe paintwork in a room you've not done this in for some time

1. Clean fronts and backs of 2 radiators
2. Binbag dance
3. Straighten a bookcase.. the books not the actual furniture!
