Some progress today, but really slow. I'm starting to feel the effect of going out last night - not too much to drink, just a very late night. I also spent over an hour on the phone, catching up with a friend in Germany who I hadn't spoken to since last July! I'm so glad she rang and definitely won't leave it as long next time.
I'm just finishing lunch now, then a last ditch attempt to shrink 'the list' before I need to get on with tea and planning. I'm giving myself until 3 o'clock, anyway. If DS2 isn't playing with his friend next door we'll be off to the park for a bit then, as the sunshine is just too nice. So cold, though.
Pigpen - would a short nap help? It sometimes works for me.
I hope everyone's Sunday is going well.

Hi everyone.
Its a lovely sunny day here. Did the dailies this morning then have been out for lunch. Afterwards Ive walked through the community woods and it was really warm. Sat by the lake then walked back. Its a good walk just over an hour.
Im going to do some of the kitchen today to get a bit of a start. Will have a cuppa first.
Dustykitten Happy Birthday to your DS.
pigpen Sending you some energy.
Hugs for everyone specially Toots Lady L and Diva.0 -
Carlsb~~~ OH's son spent 2 consectuive Christmas's and his 21st birthday in Afgan, when I asked him how he spent his 21st, he told me he and a friend, had pizza (well the cook made them a small one) and a can of soft drink each.............
Dusty~~ I read that thread yesterday, (please bear in mine I don't have kids) bad news the woman took the money for nothing, BUT why (in my mind) do 7 year olds need a pamper party, what is wrong with running around the park, or something like pass the parcel, pin the tail on the donkey, hunt the thumble, .............
Any way shoulder still niggling, but I have managed to have a bath, wash my hair, get dressed, dry my hair, do the ironing, took 3 loads to get it in the wardrobe, now watching how clean is your house!Breast Cancer Now 100 miles October 2022 100 / 100miles

Some of the washing is dry and put away and I've washed the cats blankets and they're out on the line. The machine is having an empty wash to get rid of the hairs now.0
