Thanks MD and Blackmidnight - I've actually used the picture from Painkiller's post to support the prize list, which will hopefully help!

The Radio and Camera are great by the way and I do really appreciate that I've won them (the radio's retro and is adding to the kitsch in my kitchen, the camera is 'tough' and waterproof to 3m and will be used by my grateful DS who's thrilled he's got a camera to borrow when rockpooling!). It's just my DS and I were sooooo excited by the TV part of the prize when I found I'd won the Shortlist comp - we've still got a massively chunky old TV and hadn't even considered a blu-ray player!

Will keep everyone posted - thanks for the PM MD :kisses3: :A

Hi I often post on the comping board and when I want to read peoples comments I go to user CP and the threads I am subscribed to are all there, about a week ago this stopped happening now I have no idea where threads are I have commented on, how do I subscribe to a thread now????

Are you on the New Look site? If so, and you return to the Old Look site, does that solve the problem?

Try Quick Links, (just a bit further along than user CP) then subscribed threads for the ones your already subscribed to.
If you want to subscribe to a thread its Thread Tools, on the actual post, and then subscribe to this thread. HTH

Hey folks

I'm a real keen photographer, I really enjoy it.

I'm always on the look out for photography competitions (especially if the prize is a digital SLR!)

Thought it would be a good idea to post any good photography competitions on here as I find it hard to find them.

If you know of any - please feel free to post them, here is one to start of with.

The Guardian camera club, free to join and each month they have a assignment, you can find it on the Guardian website or Flickr
