Thank you niddy i am sorry to add to your work load too, as just had another reply from another of your great letters so will scan and email it to you now - for later and i will be patient for when you can get back to me, sort out others that have more pressing issues first please,

    appreciate your time

cheers have a lovely afternoon all maz

    Hiya Maz

    I got all 3 emails thanks :D

Basically nothing changes, just sit tight and let them come back with an agreement or they can swivel. One thing I noticed was on the Cabot letter where they think they can obtain a judgement or as they say it:
"It has been well established in English Law (is there such a thing? I thought we has Criminal, Civil or Statute laws?) that enforcement constitutes obtaining judgement at court"
They do not have a bloody clue - . NO they cannot obtain judgement at all so don't let them try and scare you, without going into detail - see my signature! :rotfl:

I would normally be wanting to respond to them but really, there is no point cos this is a standard letter - I seen one only the other day. :D

    Hi mate
I've had a reply from Martin:(, looks like they've got me for the loan, you and fermi agreed that was a good one, a few months back. ah well £1 a month is all they're getting:D

Ok mate - sorry about the loan.... the documents you PM'd is purely about the Credit Card right?
They're saying the Card one is ok -
they've gone to the trouble of highlighting the the "prescibed terms" good cause I couldn't read em:cool:, and still can't:o

Ermmm, the card one is not - i'll do you a reply to send them shortly..... bear with me and check back here later.
And it looks like they've sorted that other thing out:mad:

Is this the date of birth "thing"? If so, was that the loan or credit card mate?

Cheers - i'll await your reply matey
    cheers you border jumper:p

Now Now - steady yourself sassanach! :rotfl:

I know your busy mate, so not a problem :)

If you're happy & you've time to do me a letter then thats great. Don't stress if you don't get a chance tonight.

I've emailed you some more info, let me know if you need more info/copy of docs & I'll send them over (I'm in work till 8pm, so if you do need docs let me know asap as I use works scanner!

    cheers mate

    Hi matey

Just seen your email - sorry I never replied to PM at weekend - been too busy to be honest but you're on FaceBook now so all is well :D

Anyway, back to business - Apex have sent you a final response, so therefore you can't really bring much of a fight to them - BUT - I want to.

They are taking you to be some sort of muppet and we're not having that so i'll sort you a letter to send them and post it here later for you ok? Can you confirm, via email, what were the erroneous documents you received and what name etc is on them as I will use this - obviously when I post the reply here it'll be ******* but you know to add the persons name in there.... I need details of what, exactly, it was they sent you.

Just bear with me on this one......

Hehe - see if I was in my old job i'd have you for that - abusing company equipment/assets lol :rotfl: But then again, you're probably the one person that does know their rights! haha

So, am I right in saying that they sent you this persons statements in amongst your own? If so that is fine - just checking so I know what has happened.....

Bear with me - letter will be here for you by morning mate, but more than likely in the next hour if i'm not too busy.... :p

Haha, I'm now realising I'm divulging far too much info about myself and you could get me into some serious trouble lol:rotfl:

Re my rights, I have picked up one or two bits of useful knowledge over the past couple of years ;)

Yes, this persons statements were in amongst mine.

As I say, if you're happy to do a letter for me, just do it when you do get time mate. Appreciated.

Hiya - Thanks for email (i've responded directly to you as well) :D

They have sent an application form with terms that are nothing to do with the actual form anyway - therefore it is unenforceable and you need to send the following template off to them:

Cease payments, when they write back let me know. Cheers.

Thank you very much, I must say they can put the sh**ts up you, when I saw that letter it was instant panic!

    Thanks again!

    Will be in touch.
