    this one had me crying

    Me: Hello
Debitas: Can I speak to Mr X
Me: (singing) He's, In the jungle
    Debitas: Eh...?
Me: The mighty jungle, the lion sleeps tonight
    Debitas: Hello?
Me: In the jungle, the mighty jungle, the lion sleeps tonight
    Debitas: Is that Mr X?
    Me: (silence)
Debitas: (after a couple of mins) Mr X?
    Me: (loud as can be) a-weema-weh, a-weema-weh, a-weema-weh, a-weema-weh
    Debitas: (hangs up)

    Hiya

Sorry - sadly enough I remember now! Honest!

Ok, time to kill it dead in the water now me thinks - go for this: Debtors Final Response - CCA Received

    Hi again,
I sent the above letter. The responce is, they do not consider this account to be in dispute as they have fully complied with my request under the consumer credit s78 & this is their final responce& if i am dissatisfied i may refer the corncern to the finacial ombudsman. In a seperate letter they have given me 10 days to pay up or its being passed to a debt collector...............any advice you can give me , i would be grateful.

    Yes mate - ignore them!

Its stalemate - you say it is unenforceable, they say it is not. So that's that.

Case closed. If/When they write to you then let me know. Otherwise, forget it and move on mate :p:p

Nope - ignore means let them try, when they do you send this back to the DCA (no matter what threat they send): Account sold whilst in Default of CCA Request

    Hi Emma

Leave this with me and i'll look at them later - something isn't right with either agreement, please leave the tesco photo link up so I can go get the terms etc later tonight......

From home i'll have a proper look, first glance = both unenforceable, in fact they are both unenforceable but I do want to check against terms....

They are both extremely unenforceable lol..... In fact, 2nd time of confusing myself - no need to check terms - send this to both: CCA Query
