    Hi Niddy
Yep, you're right i have sent you an email.

Thanks for the guidance, it really does mean alot to me.

    You're awesoooome :T
You're spot on pretty much, although send the amended letters, as highlighted, below and then sit and wait..... Although the advice I am giving is based purely on what you are saying - it'd help if I ssen the agreements (edit, I may have an email from you - will repost if so!)
    BARCLAYCARD 2
I think the next step is for me to ignore their last letter and wait 30 days since I sent letter 3.2 CCA Query - Terms and Conditions supplied. After the 30 days are up, I need to send CCA Dispute / s.10 Cease & Desist, right?
Send this: Debtors Final Response - No CCA Received
    MARBLES
Do I now send 3.CCA Query or 3.1 - CCA Query - Illegible Copy Document Supplied?
    Send this: CCA Query
    SAINSBURY’S
I’m also not sure if I should send 3.CCA Query or 3.1 - CCA Query - Illegible Copy Document Supplied as a reply to Sainsbury’s?
    Send this: CCA Query

    Hi Niddy,

I have received a copy of my CCA from Apex relating to my goldfish account.
I think the next step would be to send Apex the 'illegible copy document' letter to them as it's a pretty bad copy of an agreement.

I have emailed you a copy if you could run your expert eye over it first please and let me konw if I need to do anything differently.

    Many thanks mate :D

Hello NID, don't know if you remember me but I have received what looks like a signed agreement from Barclaycard after sending the letter CCA Query - Terms & Conditions supplied. I would like to send you the document they have now supplied me by email but cant seem to find your email address anywhere. Would it be okay to send you this document and if so where would I find your address.

Also I did take out a loan with barclays bank around about the same time, give or take a year, as receiving my credit card and the document they have supplied looks like a rehash of the loan agreement, but I cant be too sure and would appreciate you casting your beady eye over it.

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi matey

Just seen your email - sorry I never replied to PM at weekend - been too busy to be honest but you're on FaceBook now so all is well :D

Anyway, back to business - Apex have sent you a final response, so therefore you can't really bring much of a fight to them - BUT - I want to.

They are taking you to be some sort of muppet and we're not having that so i'll sort you a letter to send them and post it here later for you ok? Can you confirm, via email, what were the erroneous documents you received and what name etc is on them as I will use this - obviously when I post the reply here it'll be ******* but you know to add the persons name in there.... I need details of what, exactly, it was they sent you.

Just bear with me on this one......

Hiya - Thanks for email (i've responded directly to you as well) :D

They have sent an application form with terms that are nothing to do with the actual form anyway - therefore it is unenforceable and you need to send the following template off to them: CCA Query

Cease payments, when they write back let me know. Cheers.
