neither link to accurate terms - you cannot link to part of a term that invokes "how we use your data" - it is irrelevant! Kinda like me saying you can't go to Mars cos it's in space!

Would be very greatful if you could cast your eye over cap one form, they also sent me terms & conditions which are just from a word document printed out, no reference to me and a current terms & conditions.

Hi Niddy, me again, just spent the best part of an hour with this bloomin scanner trying to scan a Monument 'rapid reply card'. Ended up taking a picture instead.

Would you have a look at this, wondered about the declaration where it says 'I have read and agreed to be bound by the T&C's' As well as the bits I have copied there is old T&C's and new T&C's sent out. Kind have left this one as I was trying to sort out the other cards first, but would like to get them off our backs if poss. Cheers mate

Unenforceable - send CCA Query.

A term such as "I agree to the attached t&c's" does not link to the signatory page/prescribed terms.... a lot make that mistake. What is attached? Anyone could add anything.... it needs to be more formal (page 1 of 4) or (see page 2) for instance.....:D
