            Well if Jammin is asking lots of questions, he's certainly making me fizz a bit, I know lots or ordinary folk of various ages who have unfortunately got into large credit card debt as a results of job loss, bereavement etc Quite rightly along with thousands of others they are finding out about the question of enforceable/unenforceable agreements, no reason why they should struggle and be taken to the cleaners uneccessarily!
