I resent the fact that you think posters are "debt dodgers". You really shouldnt make assumptions, people on this thread may have many reasons to look at enforceability of credit agreements and believe me it is NOT an easy out. Its a last resort.
    Quite right, I apologise.

Educate me. Why, other than to "debt dodge" (expressive only, no insinuation intended), would someone want to look at the enforceability of a credit agreement?

  • Hi Niddy

Someone sends you a PM, you reply to it via PM. Simples

It is when someone understand, you however don't!!

Go back and read MY comments ;) I stand to be corrected when I'm in the wrong, however, it was Nids who mentioned the PM on the open forum, not me  of course, you just wanted to have a poke because you "felt" left out :p

I refuse to debate with those looking for an argument, therefore your apology is not required, end of discussion with you from here on in :rotfl:you can have the last word if you prefer, however, I trust you'll allow the thread to get back on topic ;)

When “Customer's” hit a difficult financial period, they ask there financial institution to be understanding / supportive / considerate, whilst the they're experiencing difficulties.

Sadly, the financial institution doesn't give a dam what stress the customer is under during their difficult period, in fact they add to the customer's stress levels by trying to to intimidate them with threats of legal action, phone calls, etc., etc.,

Consumers in financial difficulties ask for a level playing field that's all, however, when a financial institution wants to play “dirty” every consumer has a “legal” right to pursue any "legal" options open to them.

See, not really “debt dodging” is it?

  • What's the June court case regarding? :(
  • I wonder if Jammin is connected with some of those disgraceful DCA's duping many into paying back monies they aren't legally entitled to collect if no copy of a compliant CRA has been supplied? Not really debt dodging at all! I support Level playing fields.
