Look people, I'm a newby. I found this site just before xmas last year. I could bore you with my story, but If I did I might as well paint a big target on my back. I have tried running away from my problems in the end it creates more problems than it solves, and then years later it still all comes back to haunt you. I don't believe that I have been the only one ready to topp myself because of debt. A few years ago when you had a problem the lenders were only to happy to give you more credit. Lets consolidate it all again It will be fine! and so we fall into a black hole.

This site gave me hope and I am shure that it has helped countless others.

Look Guys shake hands, lets get on with the business in hand. If you fall apart now, Or if niddy closes the thread you have let the trolls win as shure as if they pressed the self destruct button themselves.

Right mate, you have to trust me with this one ok? NEXT time they ring answer properly, go through security (so the call can be recorded) and document the time of call and ask for their name.

Then after you've passed security, stay calm and interrupt them speaking and recite the following, do not let them break you off ok? You have to complete it - as it is a formal warning prior to action and the call will be recorded (i.e. proof).

I have on numerous occasions, informed you that I am unwilling to communicate by phone and also notified you that any of my phone numbers are to be removed from your systems. The frequency of calls received from you, and each call, has been recorded for independent adjudication, as is this call being recorded.

I hereby formally place you under notice, (section.7 Data Protection Act)and demand you take this verbal authority to cease with immediate effect, from calling me and also update your records to reflect my request to remove all telephone numbers listed.
