On no am doing really badly. I've not run up any more debt but I've only paid £20 off SRJ. I feel as if I've been treading water for the last few weeks12/04/2019

Your not doing badly if you have not run up any debt thats all good in my book. Why not send the odd 1.31 to srj maybe a £1 more just to see it under £100.MARCH 2016 DEBT £25750/ £25035

Well I'm back and financially in a bad way. I've just decided that I simply don't have enough money each month to pay for everything. I have therefore decided to write to all my creditors and offer £1 per month payments. The majority of my debts are with DCA's so I'm hoping that they'll accept. I've sent them all a copy of my income and expenditure forms and if they accept I'm hoping my standard of living and hopefully my level of stress will mprove slightly. My place of work has stopped paying overtime and it has absolutely crippled me. I've also applied to my Union for a financial grant in the hope that I'll be successful and be able to pay a small amount of debt off.
I really need to be motivated now otherwise my only other option is bankruptcy :$12/04/2019

Have just finished the rest of my letters to my creditors so will be able to send them off tomorrow. Am having major stress from a payday loan company at the moment, they are txting me, phoning me at home and at work. Have just sent them an email offering them £1 per month which I know they are not going to like and asking them yet again to only contact me in writing. Fingers crossed they'll oblige.
At the moment all essential payments are up to date but I know I'll only be able to maintain this status if the unsecured creditors agree to token payments. How the he!! did I get myself in this mess?12/04/2019

Have you thought about doing an offical DMP with CCCS or anything, or is that not really an option? xLBM Aug 09: £18,650.47 - Current: £12,854.93 (£5946.79)

I have thought about it and contacted CCCS who advised me to go bankrupt. I'm really worried about losing my home so have decided with the token payment approach. Will hopefully have positive news from the creditors. Fingers crossed.12/04/2019

How you getting on? I suppose it's too early to have heard from any creditors? xLBM Aug 09: £18,650.47 - Current: £12,854.93 (£5946.79)
