Well done beating your Shapely target, I knew you could do it. It will soon be gone, just keep imaging how good it will feel when you can close the account.

  • Thanks guys. I will be over the moon when I write that letter to Shapely. I didn't think I'd reach the target but I seemed to have scraped money from absolutely everywhere. These last few days of the month are a killer, and it's been a 5 week month. I don't think they should be allowed! Am still waiting for the Amazon money which should hit my account either tomorrow or Saturday and then that can also be transferred so there's another £15 to come off. I keep logging onto the account every single day, I don't know whether I think a fairy has paid it off overnight but I'm becomming obsessed :)

Oh Ruby I can't wait to go away, it's the only thing that's keeping me sane at the moment.....

  • Oh No, Amazon payment still not gone into account that means I can't pay the £15 off today as planned. Disaster....

On a positive note 5 days until payday and I have £90 to see me through. The freezer is full so theres not a big shop needed and I'm off work next Monday and Wednesday so I only need petrol for Tuesday. The kids are off school from today so there's no money needed there so I should be able to do it.

I just want my Amazon money :(

  • Sounds good to me. Is there anychance that Grandma wants two more. The sound of no hassle, no shopping, no cooking, a tidy house and less washing sounds really appealing :)

Still nothing off Amazon and it's driving me absolutely mad now. I feel as if I'm doing nothing in tackling the debt by sitting here waiting for the money to fall into my bank account.

  • Have just been through DD's wardrobe and ended up with 26 items that I was able to e-bay. Have listed them all now all 99p items but will hopefully make a little bit. Just got to replace all the items of clothing now!

    helllo dtbdf

99p is better than sending to charity shop for nothing, nothing ventured nothing gained as they say! I'm sure she will have plenty of other clothes to wear for the time being, may something nice for the holiday in july.
