i have emailed Charmain and Zesa, the owners of Treasures and Tiaras Kids Parties, drawing their attention to this thread, and i have asked them if permission was granted to use their images and "copyright" them. i await their reply.

i have been contacted by Treasures and Tiaras Kids Parties who have informed me that no permission was sought by www.littledivaz.co.uk to use their images and little divaz DO NOT own the copyright.

they have contacted Little Divaz and asked them to remove these images. i hope they will now comply with that request and remove any other material from their website which is in breach of copyright, and apologise to those from whom they have stolen content.

As a photographer I would be absolutely outraged if someone stole my work and then had the cheek to add their own watermark to it and mark it up as their own!

Can she also not be done for false advertising?

Many thanks for your invested interest in my company.

I started the company back in 2006 when i was 17 years old and studying at college. It was so hard to find a job back then i created a little venture of my own.

Now, i'm nearly 21 and have come on leaps and bounds with the company and i am learning new things about business every day!

The demand for the company is very high as we offer parties that no other company offers in the UK and being so young enables me to have better and more exciting parties as i know what type of parties they want! Fun ones!

I have seen a few posts on here saying stuff like OMG have you seen that girls make-up and OMG i could do that myself!

Well yes, you probably could do it yourself, but what kid wants their parent doing all theyre friends make-up? and hair? and nails?

We dont go to parties to do a make-up artists job we go to have fun also, the kids want to look silly, they want to have fun and have a giggle with their friends so if they want to look silly and they ask us to look silly its our job to do that and give them bright blue eyes and yellow lips or full glitter eyes and lightening streaks down their cheaks!

What alot of the posters on this forum dont know is that half of the statements on here are false.

The first lady to post on this forum did so because i refused to pay her money back to her. but why?

Our company policy states that if you wish to cancel your party for any reason you must do so within 30 days of the party taking place or 7 days after your party payment has cleared so that your party date is within 30 days you still have chance to cancel.

I was replying to emails and text messages sent from this womans husband who text me back to confirm everything was to go ahead as first planned and he replied thank you for the confirmation. if there is a lack of communication at home, that again, is not my problem.

The lady in question then called to say that she didnt want the party, she had booked with another company that was local to her area and then threatened me saying if i didnt refund the money she had paid she would take the matter to the national and local newspapers and write about me all over the internet.

I was very firm with this lady as there was no true reason for her to cancel and still believe i am within my rights to resue that refund. Especially now as things may be taken further as defremation of character is illegal. especially when it is to millions of people.

We usually confirm all of our party bookings 24 hours before each party, we have no reason to harrass people to keep confirming their party and if an enquiry is urgent our office number which is 0845 259 3093 or mobile contact number 07788 111 357 is available to contact between the hours of 9am - 7pm daily.

No phone call was recieved from this lady and in the 1st phone call she was rude and demanding of her money stating i now have to cancel this high school musical party because you havent confirmed anything with us (untrue) and my daughters are devastated (her own fault)

We take tons of bookings a week for a uniquely themed parties and very rarely have problems but whan proiblems do arrise they seem to be blown all out of proportion and i feel like i must obey the peoplethat cancel my services, leave me out of pocket and struggling to get by, threaten my members of staff to do things how they want them done and who fail to comply with our terms and conditions even though they are there to read through before people book.

Problem parents cause problems for other parties and a few months ago it was published online that the company was sold off and people must pay their balances before the parties take place. At the time we were arriving at parties hundreds of miles away and upon arriving parents were saying ohhh our daughter wants to go bowling now but thanks for coming, sorry we didnt let you know you can keep your deposit!!

i still have to pay wages, petrol and lost a booking slot so this was simply not good enough. My partner actually took control over the business to prevent us from being mugged off by people in the future so the business did actually change hands.

We now have office staff who take bookings, my partner who takes care of the payments, staff and paper work and i have been able to take a back seat and do parties myself again, full party planning and the remainder of the duties.

As we are so busy, things are now better organised and the company is more efficiant by doing this.

We understand that childrens parties are an extremely important part of growing up and we do provide memorable parties and like i said earlier we are the only company in the UK to offer the parties we do and thats why we're in such high demand and we've now got the staff to deal with that demand so that nobody gets let down in any way, shape or form.

If we have done something wrong we always try to rectify the problem and ive listened to all of your thoughts on here and will take everything on board to make sure we are the best pamper party and entertainments company in the UK.

I am still very young, and have a great business concept and we are still very much so in the early days of our business and i dont expect to be handed everything on a plate. I work late nights working on advertising, marketing, solutions and it took me months to get my website how it looks now.

The company is in no was fraudulent and i am definately not a con artist and have been very upset in seeing all the comments written on this forum.

I would advise any one who has written on this forum to call our office and speak with the office staff there if you wish to have more information on the company, have an issue relating to a party that is already booked with us or want answers to anything relating to a past booking or if you simply wish to get some facts.

This will be my only post on this forum as i am very very upset and dont think i could put myself through reading everything thats on here again, but i will inform my staff members of how to use the site and you can use this forum as a way of staying in touch with us also.

Also for the record: in 2009 we were asked to film a documentary for bbc1 which they have now decided not to use in their tv program as they have chosen to use a winter wonderland party and a boys 13th party both of which the parents spend tens of thousands of pounds on.Our hannah montana themed party which was valued at around £3k all in all was to small and they were looking for mtv's sweet 16 type parties.

We also advertised for a local dj who did radio shows on a radio station in the UK but no longer use his services. If you do wish to have a radio dj at your party i would be more than happy to pass your details on to him to contact you about it.

The material used on my website is all our own material and various images have been purchased from other companies and we are allowed to use them.

The extras gellery which showed the hannah montana cake was for reference only as we have our very own cake makes who design cakes to your specific needs and will call you to talk through the cake you wish to have and your flavoured centre etc. Some of the images used in that spcific gallery were to give people ideas and trigger their imaginations so they can imagine how the party could look like and be like.

Our logos on the pictures are put on automatically by our gallery creator.I have spoken to the lady in question and she has stated that she would be more than happy to allow me to keep the pictures on so parents can get ideas etc but i have removed it from the site and will inform her when it is back on there as im going to try and take the copyright statement off it if i can find out to do it!!!

having read this forum im astonished i had booked this company little.divaz.co.uk 4 a party for my girls they turned up an hour before they were due to arrive the room was fully decorated pick throws glitter cusions it looked really really good when my girls freinds arrived they were dead excited to get pampered. plenty of sweets 4 everyone. once the treatments got going the house was full of laughter an giggles:rotfl: the girls really enjoyed there party i was really impressed with the way the girls worked with my children an freinds i would recommend them to my freinds an family after the treatment my children received i think its abosoluty outrageus that some peaple who havent received a party are critisising the company an what they do if i could have booked another party 4 a year on i would have with no hesitations

I thought I had better reply as Little Divaz have given false information, I tried to contact Little Divaz to confirm everything was ok for the party a week before by email and left voice mails no reply! and the web site was down all week 24 hours before the party I still was unable to contact and so I contacted a company with a similar name to see if they were connected they were not and had also had other parents trying to contact Katie as she had either not turned up to there party or not returned emails or voice messages so by this time I was very concerned so I contacted Consumer Direct and texted Katie asking why she would not contact me she replied don't be funny with me so I called her and she replied I told her my concerns and what I had heard about her not turning up at parties and how she had not replied to any of my emails or calls and that her web site was down, that is when she got annoyed and stated she could not cope with the business and was only 21, I told her she should not have taken my booking and cash if she could not cope and I had lost faith in the company and wanted a refund, she refused and I stated I would take it further she then slammed the phone down on me, only then did I call another company in and not once did I say I wanted to cancel, I was very concerned about her company.
I never stated I would write about her on the internet.
I am getting help from Consumer Direct who have confirmed she has 7 days to refund my payment.
She refers to her company policy but if her site is down no parent can view it.
I feel I was one of the lucky ones as I realised there was a problem but others had faith in her turning up and she did not.
