Just mustered up the courage to butcher the pigs kidneys I bought from Morrisons (bargainous 0.7kg for £1 :j). Texture like liver which I was not loving, tho Noah was more than happy to relieve me of a few offcuts. Didn't stink as I'd feared but - despite three washes - my hands smell faintly of men's lavatories!! :eek:

I used gloves but I was not loving Chi dragging the meat across the floor & having to wipe up the blood off of it. Chi does love it tho - I will buy less next time so it isn't such a chore!

Oh, I'm ok with Kidneys.

And my local butchers sells lambs hearts which they love.

They're not too keen on chicken wings and will only eat them if I chop each wing into about 5 pieces...lol...lazy boys!!!

I buy a mixture of stuff now, chop it all up, divide it into bags and freeze it. Then they just share a bag a day and they also have a bowl of dried food always available - I remember people mentioning that they don't mix dried/raw o nthe same days but it seems to work ok for Charlie & Harry & works well for me too

I have mixed dry and raw on the same day with no ill effects. Noah is a very messy eater, earlier there was a lump of raw chicken stuck to the sideboard! :rotfl: He tackled his first chicken drumstick - cut into two with poultry shears, same as with wings - and he ate the lot!! Tomorrow is a large chicken thigh, no idea how I am going to cut it??

Hi I just wanted to add on this forum - although the website appeared to be back, apparently it had been hacked and anyone buying from it gets no food but stolen CC details. The website has been taken down now but I just wanted to add this since it was me who suggested above that it might be back open again.

Food4cats is STILL closed. I hope no-one here got caught out.

Thanks so much for that Morg, the only reason I haven't ordered is that I am getting a new fridge and freezer installed in tomorrow. Otherwise I'd have ordered on my mum's credit card .... :eek:
