Happy St Patricks Day peeps :D !
A half pint of guinness is 105 calories - surely that can be spared to celebrate with everyone else?
Raise a glass and spread the cheer!

Not so good this week, gained 1/4 pound, but then it was a very naughty week. Will try to do better next week.
Well done to loosers and STS, better luck next week for the other gainers.

    I've been Money Tipped!
I FINALLY got that jelly milk think to work....it came out a bit like a spanish cream rather than wholly mixed, but its yummy. :)

    phew.

I have my liver scans on Friday, and was really ill on Monday night. Feeling fine now, just a bit bruised and swollen, but healthy. I'm really craving a bit of a juice thing a gain, but my mum is going to feed me steak and salad tonight. So, as I have to be nil by mouth thursday night till friday I think I'll juice tomorrow: get lots of frsh vitamins into me. :)

Try not to be disheartened, Poshstock66. Just get straight back on with it and I'm sure it'll come off again soon. I just spotted your sig-you've done AMAZINGLY well already-well done you! May I ask how you're doing it?

I have got TTOM chocolate cravings. Last night I had a creme egg but at least as they are so sickly one was enough to satisfy my chocolate cravings- I know that if I had a bar of chocolate, I probably would have wanted to eat it all. Apart from that, I am doing quite well but due to TTOM water retention I will probably put back WI a couple of days.
Changing subject, does anyone on here use fitflops? Are they worth the money?

I lived in Fitflops last year, I don't know about toning or fat burning but they are super comfy.

    Morning
I had a bit of a blow out last night..... I had 72 calories over my recommended limit. That included the chippy tea. And the guinness and black. Always this happens on Paddy's day - that's what I get for having Irish grandparents on both sides. Back today (with a hangover to boot) and I am going well - resisting the urge to have a cappucino to raise sugar levels. Green tea is supposed to help with hangovers but so far the scientists have lied about this one :D:D
Hope we all have a nice day -LIR sending good wishes your way for tomorrow and Coco and Poshstock you're both doing well luvlies :D chin up!

Another pound lost this week. The rate of loss is definitely slowing down but I suppose I should be cheerful it's still going in the right direction...
