I've gained 1.2lbs this week, am currently 134.4lbs!!! I also had my body fat measured at the doc's this morning - 32.5%!!!!! :( Not at all surprised tbh, the weekend was just one big eating fest!!! I am back on track today though, and the body fat result has really made me sit up and think about my health as well as my appearance. My cholesterol was 4.5, which is fine, and my blood pressure etc are all great, but that body fat number is scary. That means one third of my body weight is fat!!!!! It used to be around 23%. Eek and double eek.

bluebellbunny, good luck with giving up the smokes xo

I've dropped 4lbs this week even after returning to the chocolate, crisps and wine diet for the weekend.

This was working on the theory that I had better consume something high calorie to offset the lack of quantity. Ah well less than 2 working weeks to go before normality asserts itself.

I honestly expect at least an interview having gone this far, my CV fits but then can I rely on the recruiter having actually read it yet?
Wouldn't surprise me if they haven't.

Probably not got around to it yet. I've had such a manic Monday morning that I haven't looked at today's crop of CVs.

    Good luck !!!

Fortunately not! The 5lb loss on Friday was a sneak preview but I did manage to gain a little back over the weekend. It could well be another 4-5lbs this week though which takes me to target.

I have lost one pound this week - but as I put on 3 the first week I am still on plus 2 for the month so far. Did loads of exercise last week but totally ruined it with an all-weekend binge! Just been for a run, but I am finding it SO hard not to snack at the moment - all tips gratefully received xx
