hello all
got some catching up to do on the thread but hoping everyones doing well..been busy with the sport relief mile we had a great turnout yesterday dispite the weather not being that great.
Ive finally weighed in and have a 5LB loss :jwhich is a bit odd as there has been a couple of tea and cake daysbut ive put it down to all the running around ( literally yesterday)
DH is not doing so well dispite having lost over a stone in weight and eating really well his blood sugars are still too high so we may have to admit defeat and he will go onto insulin, this will put and end to his taxi driver days which he loves, but im praying to St Judeand something good will come out of it, it always does.
Have a great day everyone, chin up0 -

Lost half a pound this week - going in the right direction at last but still leaves me one pound heavier than the start of the month, due to my disastrous first week! Well done to all the losers xx0
