Hi all, have had a VERY trying week this week and have had to go that extra mile with the weight loss especially since I gave up smoking on Monday - have eaten more chocolate than usual, that could also be totm due but other than that been ultra strict and am ECSTATIC to say that it has paid off and I have lost the 1lb that I put on last week! :j So am at 10st6lbs again.
I know it doesn't sound much but since I thought this would be the end of weight loss if I was going to give up, I am OVER THE MOON! :beer:Here's to another week of being smoke free and still weigh less - YAY! Keep at it folks and well done to you all!The secret to creativity is knowing how to hide your sources.

does anyone have any healthy recipes that include chorizo:D
have a pack of it sliced but I really want a loss this week so only want healthy foods:)
There aren't many cals in a slice of chorizo, so as long as you don't eat the whole pack in one go you'l be fine xoHi everyone, havent been on the threads for a while. Am struggling to lose anything for the last month really - birthdays, weekends away and so on.

Welcome back hethmar!!!! :A
bramble1 - I agree with Dragon, you must stick with it, just write off the last few days and start afresh.
Congrats to bluebellbunny, that's great news.

Hi everyone,
Woke up with a chocolate craving today. I don´t eat much chocolate but when it´s ttom, I crave it all the time. Got some dark chocolate so will have a couple of squares later and hope it will satisfy the cravings.
Coco1980 there are loads of things you can do with chorizo: you can chop it up and add it to a tomato sauce for pasta, you can put it on pizza, add it to a lentil soup/broth to spice it up, fry it (don´t add any fat, the fat in it is enough) and have it with an egg, cut up the chroizo and mix it with cheese then put it on a jacket and grill for a few minutes until the cheese melts.
Chorizo is fairly high in calories but as it has a lot of flavour, you don´t need to use a lot.0 -
I made chicken wrapped in Chorizo with chilli wedges, found it on a low fat recipe site and it was really nice.:oIn 2009 i finally gave up smoking Have been smoke free for 3 years!!!!!!
Weight Watchers starting weight 12.6
Target weight 10st current weight - -10 st 7lb
Aim to be debt free by Jan 2013! not now just bought a house:D0 -
This week's weigh in could be a problem... as I have (conveniently?) forgot how much I weighed last week :S
edit - figured it out now.0 -
Don't think I will have lost anything again this week. Went out on Friday night and am having a real issue with hangovers - more than ever I feel so tired and hungover after a night out that I have to eat all day the next day. It's so not worth it! Saw some photos yesterday of myself when I was thinner, so am hoping that will motivate me to lose a few pounds. I'm wondering whether to join WeightWatchers this week in an effort to avoid going completely over the top during the Easter hols. Will post again tomorrow after weighing - have a good day everyone, enjoy the sunshine xxx0
