Is it just me that thinks Hello Kitty in a bikini is a bit wrong somehow?

Very nice dress sexymouse, I have just been browsing some online as we have finally booked the venue - yippeeee! Although still waiting for the paperwork in the post. Omg the dresses are *so* expensive, much more than I thought. My budget of £350 seems measly compared to £1750 plus options. Room for a little DOTD? I don't mean to spam your thread, too much Birdie :D

Ahhh good old DOTD, I don't mind it at all Lara! As long as I don't see anything that I want more than my dress! I've already had a wee wobble after seeing SM's dress! I'm so silly!

If you don't mind wearing second hand Franny is amazing at finding pre-owned dresses that originally cost silly amounts but are selling for a couple of hundred on ebay/preloved etc so there is hope if you find a dress that you love but can't afford!

I've already had a letter back from TC, well one of sorts! I've had a reply from the CEO man's secretary saying that he's often away on business blah blah blah but he's asked the senior management team to look into it as a priority and will get back to me soon! Considering I was expecting to wait 3 weeks for a fob off letter this is quite promising! I'll just have to wait and see what happens!

Oooh and I was chatting to MIL2B last night and she said that the Aunt who has booked to come used to be a hairdresser so that's good! She owns a B&B in Filey so we're going to pop over for a night and I'm going to talk her into helping out on the wedding day! That should save some money as I think I get my hair and make up done as part of the package but everyone else will have to pay so if we've got a pro with us that'll save a fair bit!

DOTD means Dress of the Day! I used to barrage Dinah's thread on DFW with pictures of dresses when I first got engaged and it turned into a dress a day for fun! That's why I started this thread, so I'd stop taking over other everyone else's! :D

I don't think it would be possible to catch up with them as fast as they are written to be honest. The equivalent of 12 books are written on the boards every day.
