Ahh Birdie I was doing the same the other night. Don't know what's got into me at the moment, I've turned into a slushy mess. Was in Clinton's yesterday looking at little wallet cards, and nearly burst into tears!

Ooooh that looks lovely SM! That resort is on our wish list of places to go! We just couldn't afford it for the wedding, but it'll make a fab anniversary trip in a few years time!

I went to see my Mum yesterday and she was whispering to me that she'd bought a pretty new dress that my Dad didn't know about, snuck me into the bedroom and pulled out... my blue Monsoon maxi dress! She looked so disappointed when I told her that she'd already bought it for me! She said, 'Oh I couldn't put my finger on why it looked so familiar because if I'd tried it on before I'd have bought it....' Silly lady! :rotfl:

LB the dress pic came from Brides magazine website where you can look at the different styles of dress. The url says 07 so I am not sure if it's an old one. *gorgeous* though!

We sent off our cheque for the venue so our wedding is now officially booked! Hooray...

Really nice to see those videos of your wedding places Birdie and SM. I went to Negril aages ago when I was a kid and it was beautiful.

LOL Lara, I said we could be dress twins but I think she doesn't really fancy it for some reason! She's taking it back and getting something else!

Or you could put them in goldfish bowls as your teble centerpiece - plus they could double up as favours!

I was just thinking, 'Or.... I could stick them in bowls on the tables!' That'd be a cool but cheapish centerpiece, and 12 would be just enough! Ahhhh brain going into planning overload! :rotfl:

*The bracelets are something that my Mum is sorting out. A woman that she works with goes to Spain a lot and the other week my Mum was admiring a bracelet that she had and it turns out she got it for 1 Euro from the market near her apartment so Mum has told her to buy 10 of them next time she goes. No idea what they look like but if they're pretty it's worth it, if not, then it's only a tenner lost and Mum will get rid of them somehow!

I want to get the boys a little present if the girls are getting bracelets but I don't know what, any ideas?

Also, have I missed anything from the list?

I like the idea of out of town bags - are you giving these out before you go? (just incase some things are duplicated in the guest's own toiletries bag)
