Have just dyed my blonde hair brunette, it's looking pretty dark and I am pretty scared! Didn't help that my OH said he might have to find a new model now lol!

I am naturally dark but have been blonde for nearly ten years, I want to grow my natural colour out now so this should prevent the horrendeous roots! I must be brave and give it time and not go straight back round my hairdressers for blonde!

Just wish I had done it on the weekend, will hate everyone noticing at work tomorrow.

    Bloody Lloyds TSB.

I have an overdraft of £2900 with them, that I don't pay back I just pay in the monthly amount to cover the interest payment (this is the next debt on the hit last after my Lloyds Credit Card).

I have today received a letter from them saying on top of my monthly interest they will be charging an additional £5 a month, just for using my overdraft.

Once again confirming that they are robbing scumbags.

Do you think I should try and pay my overdraft off by Christmas and then go back to my credit card busting?

It doesn't make sense on paper as I pay £114 interest on credit card and £32 on the overdraft (including the lovely new £5 fee).

I also pay £17 per month for having the platinum account, which I can't cancel as the interest rate would rise dramatically on the account then.

I just want shot of this one now, but I don't want to do the wrong thing in the heat of the moment.

Honey, I think you have answered your own question - you are paying x3 times interest on CC so it makes sense to me but why don't you snowball it just to be sure.

How you feeling about your MSE hair this morning, did everyone in work love it?

I know, it's only to spite them that I want to pay this one off now, but they don't care!

I will just have to accept that I got myself into this mess and there is no quick get out clause.

I am loving my hair, no-one has mentioned it at work, they are either:

    a) blind
    b) hate it, so avoiding mentioning it

I don't care either way really!

    Good for you!

Please do snowball because we could be wrong, but I know what you mean about wanting rid of them ASAP, I cant wait to close my A&L account, which should be sometime in 2050!

I don't really get how the snowball works, because I don't pay a set figure every month I find it hard to make it work for me as you have to put in the figure you want to pay at the top (which changes every month).

I guess I would just enter in my two debts with Lloyds seperately and see which would cost me the most interest between now and Christmas.

I already know the answer really though, either way Lloyds win!
