Hi Woo all well here...need to get of my b:Dm and sort this kitchen out. Been cooking all morning so need to clean the mess up. Dont want anyone to die of hunger whilst I'm away this evening.

Heading to the big smoke in a few hours...Belfast... to take youngest son and friend to see the WWF wrestling...good friend coming with me and we will get a catchup and a good chat. I'm driving so its the fizzy water for me.
Nice to get to Belfast now and again. Its a lovely city.

    You sound in great form.
    God bless :A

    Hi Polly

Thanks for the encouragement, I think they are good goals as achievable but still require a bit of effort on my part so can't slack off!

I joined the gym last month, it costs me £35.00 a month but I go every single day practically and its good for my sanity as I need some space from my house mate!

Think that's fair enough, £35 if you're going that often really is good value for money x
