    Oh Woo - just seen all this (was out of London on f/riday and no internet at home - gets frustrating trying to read diaries on the small phone screen!)

    I hope all worked out OK when he came back - making the decision to leave is the toughest partm but if its not right then some space away may help give clarity one way or another.

    I do hope you are feeling a bit better today, and if not, then rest assured you soon will, whatever happens x
