10.5K is still fantastic Woo, you're doing great
Do you have plans in place for where you will move to?
Has your rent been going towards the mortgage at all? Sorry if it's in an inapprpriate question, just wondering if you will be entitled to any money back? xDebt at LBM Apr 2010 £28,767 Debt free as of Nov 2013 :j0 -
It's all such a mess
I have no idea if I am making the right decision, it's so hard. I kind of told him on the phone last night that it is over and I was leaving. I didn't want to do it like that, but he forced it out of me. He is back on Sunday evening.
I just can't figure out what I'm feeling right now.
I will move in with my sister. I don't have any furniture etc.
I wouldn't make any claim whatsoever for anything of his or for any money etc.LBM Aug 09: £18,650.47 - Current: £12,854.93 (£5946.79)

Could you perhaps suggest a trial separation for now?
Move in with your sister, give yourselves some space to think and then make a decision afetr that?

I guess no one's done anything wrong to cause this as such, is it a case of growing apart?
If you were the one to say on the phone then it sounds like it's what your gut is telling you to do but regardless of that there's always an awful uncertainty you poor thing.
What does your sister think? Can she offer you any comfort as to if you're making the right decision?

I just seem to have arrived at this point all of a sudden, and I can't quite believe it's happening.
I think when I see him on Sunday, I will know whether I just feel sorry for him or regret my decision and want to stick with it.
It doesn't help that he is devestated, has tried to get an earlier flight home and keeps telling me he feel's like committing suicide (not great when he is out on the mountains!).LBM Aug 09: £18,650.47 - Current: £12,854.93 (£5946.79)

Hi Woowoo
sorry been lurking on your dairy for months now its been great
but re current situation as your OH owns every thing you need to be prepared to walk away I lived like that for years despite my Oh promising to sort things out it never happened until I finally told him I had had enough
you cannot let him have the power of being able to tell you to leave your home it will destroy your relationship and your happiness
and make you very bitter
good luck0 -
Hi Woo
Sunday isn't far away and I think when you see him face to face you will know which path to follow. It may be hard and you might not want to for fear of hurting him but that's no reason to hang around. Or you may feel sick at the thought of being without him and assurity is gained that you want him for good. Just listen to your feelings and don't over analyse as I find that's when I get my knickers in a twist and can't see clearly. ((((Hugs))))Debt - CCV £3792

Thanks DF, you are right about knowing how I feel when I see him.
I must not let fear hold me where I am though.LBM Aug 09: £18,650.47 - Current: £12,854.93 (£5946.79)

Too true - you are a strong woman. You always will be. This time next week you will know so much more. Then think weeks on, months on and when DF - the future stops for nobody so enjoy it as life is too short. I know.
