I feel for you Herewego, I love my parents dearly but spending an hour with them at a time is plenty!LBM Aug 09: £18,650.47 - Current: £12,854.93 (£5946.79)

Finally, it's pay day!
Today I paid my mum back £260 of the £1060 I owed her, she then said she would let me off another £500 so I only owe her £300 now. Just the boost I needed after a very negative week.
Also paid some more off my Lloyds Credit Card, the balance is now £8934.58. This one is sooooooooo boring, I think it's because the balance is so high the end is nowhere in sight. Am very tempted to start on one of my smaller debts but that would just be stupid given the amount of interest I am paying to Lloyds ever month (currently £125).
My total debt is now down to £14,340.84. The last time I owed this much I was around 9 years ago!LBM Aug 09: £18,650.47 - Current: £12,854.93 (£5946.79)

Well done on the payments, lovely of your mum to let you off 500 - incentive to clear in full I guess asap!
Know what you mean about larger debts, keep going though and it'll soon come down quickly. You're doing fab :T
I look back at old statements now and again just to remind me how far i've come and how I will NEVER EVER go back there - scary:eek:
Have a good weekend :)x0 -
Keep it up!!! You will get there x0

What is wrong with me, I had an amazing time last night at a party with some friends I haven't seen in around 10 years, then couldn't stop crying when I went to bed.
Today I feel what can only be described as glum.
