Sally - I've PM'd you. With regards to the cutting could you not do it with a guillotine, if you don't have one it would probably work out cheaper to buy one than pay for someone else to cut it.

Gemma & CraftyGranny - Thanks for advice re ribbon holders think I may have to have a play.

    Sally Ive Pmed you also

I have to agree with Tired Mum would be alot easier to cut the card yourself and would no doubt be cheaper plus you would get to keep the guilotene ;)

About me. Im Choccy or Chocolate orange depending on where i am.Yes occasionally i am a total looon who spends too long online, but no where near as much £ as her spendy elves do ..:D
  • Marg Hope the optician can help .... I personally would say ironing is more than a strain than making cards :rotfl: but you know how much i dont like ironing :o:D.. Could you listen to TV whilst sitting relaxing wearing an eye mask ? Only like listening to radio then ;)

Love the ideas about Ribbons !! I looked at my 2 bags of ribbon i bought from Poppicrafts only last night and thought i really must do something with this lot. So will get ideas scribbled onto my 'still growing' must do list :D

I do exactly the same as gemm.

The sugar nellies you can either buy some kling on or ez mount and do the same as your other stamps or i just use a glue stick on the back, slap it on a block then stamp up my images and when i've finished clean the glue off the block and the stamp and store till next time .
I'm too impatient to mount them all on the foam and would take me a while as i do have errr a few lol.

Craftygranny - I always use ez mount to back my grey and red rubber stamps on. How well do the rubber stamps stamp without the foam backing iykwim. I am going to be on a strict economy drive over the next couple of years, so I am looking to cut back on pennies wherever I can - no Thrifty, just because you have saved on ez-mount does not mean another stamp can slip into the basket - down spendy elves, down :rotfl:

On a different note, does anyone know of anywhere that will cut paper to size? I need to do 200 pocketfold wedding invitations and the paper measures 19.50 x 8.50 - I have the template, just need it cutting! lol

I've just had a look on the box of my Xcut Maxi Guillotine and it will cut up to 10 sheets of 80 gsm paper at a time. You can get them for about £23.

I don't have any trouble stamping with them without any foam . I very rarely get any that don't stamp well. lol at your logic but that's mine too ez mount costs money and that would buy me another stamp. Like i really need more , but i do need more i want all the sugar nellies lol.
