Quick bit of advise ladies on curtains haha Been looking at these but does it mean the width is per curtain or for the pair when drawn? If you get what I mean, you can tell I haven't bought curtains before and OH is equally stumped haha!

It usually means the width per curtain so when hung and drawn you have twice the width if you see what i mean . I used to sew for a living a long time ago. lol
My windows are about 42" wide so i buy or make ones that are 48 " wide to have plenty of gather even when drawn.

Jhb i use memento ink too melissa recommended it as i was having terrible troule stamping with the others .

Hugs to those whose need them. It's nice to have family but very worrying when outside agencies can't / don't help the way you'd like them to or the way they should.

Craftygranny, I just got my Craft's Beautiful too, gorgeous selection of freebie beads!!!

Mel, The Hobby House was my fave stand at the NEC, I could have spent hundreds on the one stall!!! I bought a Penny Johnson stamp, glimmer mist, charms, gems and flowers. But seriously could have gone MAD!!!

Crafty Ju Ju, huge well done at Alex's parents evening, isn't it lovely to hear positive things x

cgcockcroft, sending you huge cyber hugs missus xxx

Popkins, hope you feel loads better soon. I've had dizzy problems before and was diagnosed the same as you. It's horrible, I really feel for you, do make sure you rest as doing stuff will make you feel so much worse xxx

flourgirl, postie came this morning :), thank you sooooo much, my boys will lurve the bunnies as they love my big one on the fridge you made. The card is beautiful, love the embossing x

Tired Mom, I absolutely love your jelly bean card. If it would be possible for you to order me a set of the dome thingies I would be ever so grateful. I can pay whenever and however you want me too (Paypal, cheque, postal order...). If not, no worries ;)

Sorry I've been carp at keeping up this week, I've had loads on with school meetings and other bits and bobs. Why I volunteered to be on 2 committees is beyond me!?!? Haven't had a chance to look at blogs for most of the week so hope to catch up over Easter x

  • Quick - hide the magazine - don't let Crafty Juju see it :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Popkins - omg that sounds horrendous - sending loads of (((hugs))) your way.

Nannyboo - hugs to you as well. No you are not the world's worst daughter. I see my own Mum once a week for 2-3 hours - it's what I can manage but I know what you mean when it's never enough, not good enough. Have fun with your bug - mine's green too and I won't have anyone calling it snotty :rotfl:
  • I bought the pink one, but I didn't see a blue one :S
I need some more dies now, but the craft superstore locked my card yesterday, and so I can only pay through paypal til I'm well enough to go to a cash machine and unlock it. Grrr!
Anyone know of anywhere that sells dies, accepts paypal and has next day delivery? Hee hee.

That magazine gift looks brilliant, I want to suscribe to something. Is Crafts Beautiful the best one?

    Popkins, hugs :)

Hello Hello HELLO, thats how I felt yesterday and no one could hear me:mad:
That storm really hit us here the wind was horrendous and the snow :mad:
We had power dips and outages and the local BTexchange lost broadband capability for a whole 36 hours but we are much better today:j we did expect the storm as the local radio had warnings so we battened down everything. the only permanent damage thank goodness was my poor weathervane a beautiful hand carved cockerel my OH laboured long and hard over smashed to pieces

Right thats my moan over will go back over the posts and pick up any challenge entries and be back later x
