Wanna-b I dont go that often as I really stock up once there, but, everytime I have been there has been a Managers Special. This one just suited me fine, Mum and I shared and then I got 2 boxes of my usual stuff.0

Hassy - glad you had a fab weekend. Lucky you getting the inks - I would've done the same as you. I'm still waiting for them to come back into stock on Oyster Stamps website. Can't wait to see what you do with all your lovely new stash.
I'm off to try and see what I can produce with these Nellie Snellens - I've removed the foam as stated on the guide and will see what if any difference that makes. I hope Nesties are more user friendly as I'm getting some of those for my birthday and don't want to spend hours faffing before I can use them!0 -

I think I might see if DH is up for a little trip over the weekend, as I'd quite like to get some coloured card and I've just read courtesy of Hassy that the McArthur-Glen site has a 10% voucher, plus I'm going to look see how far away Rochester is as I feel a visit to Oyster Stamps maybe called for! Obviously this won't be a crafting outing - the kids need new clothes from the outlet and I'm sure DH mentioned needing a new suit;):rotfl:0 -
Morning everyone!
So 2 more sleeps till the NEC!!! :j :j :j The cake you lots are going to be enjoying whilst we are away sounds amazing x
Ali, you're making me feel inadequate with all the cleaning you're doingI'm ironing today, well not right now, I'll start it when I can put it off no longer :rotfl:
I've popped some pics on my blog of some Easter baskets I've made for DS1's teacher & teaching assistant and DS2's preschool ladies - 9 in total. My boys helped with writing Easter messages and sticking the little puffy stickers on them. A real team effort
Got more party bag stuff to do today, I forgot to print the dinosaur dot to dots so did that last night and need to pop one in each bag. I've just bought individually wrapped cupcakes from Sainsbury's (they were on bogof too!!!) so I don't need to bake 3 dozen cakes on Saturday morningDS1 also insisted that we needed to include pencil sharpeners in the bags as we've got pencils so ordered some cheapie ones on ebay. So today I can finish the bags off all ready for Saturday

Hi everyone, I have been mad busy this past week so will have to catch up tonight. I'm so jealous of all of you that are going to the NEC. We don't really have anything of that scale in Ireland. I would be in crafter's heaven! I got my 7 sets of Tim Holtz today & I'm like a child at Christmas! They were such a bargain; I got the 7 sets for about £35. :j
Rainmac- Your baskets are great, lovely gifts :T
JuJu- Beautiful sock bunnies!
Will do a blog-hop this evening & leave comments.
My blog is updated today with some cards.0 -
Thanks melissa75 and everyone for your comments.
Lyndach I could put and egg on it - I just wasn't sure if it was an Easter challenge (my sisters anniversary is at the beginning of April and I was just gonna use your sketch for that - but it's cool I'll make an Easter one - it gives me an excuse to make more cards :j)
PONR - if your bags are underweight then I think we should send you some spendy elves
CraftyJuJu - Your challenge card is brilliant :T. Can i rent you out to decorate my bathroom when your finished?

DTB - I'm glad &son is doing a bit better. I have no idea how you would explain it all out to him, so I'm sending you both hugs.
