    To tell you the truth I'm great at decluttering other people's houses, I just take all their rubbish back to mine.:rotfl:

    :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    I've been spending the morning making a start on clearing out my mum's stuff. We lost her to cancer just over a year ago. A lot of her things we've just left as they were until now but today i have cleared the makeup drawer and most of the scarves/belts.

    So sorry to hear that MF. ((((hugs))))

    I agree with whoever said you should keep whatever you like the most and sell the rest, and treat yourself to something lovely or a day out.

    OK, you lovely ladies have inspired me to start decluttering, starting this evening!!! :D

    I've been Money Tipped!
    daydream, that skirt reminds me of a dress I had in the eighties....but nicer..enjoy it!

    I drove a smart car to day, not the roadster I had thought of, a normal one, however, they said the drive, bar driving position was similar. Its not for me. :(

    Well I got my trip to Primark and spent over £40 :eek:. £20 odd was on the little monster though, got him loads of new clothes as he seems to grow so fast. So as you can imagine hes better dressed than me!

    Got my self two boyfriend type cardi's in black and grey - £9 each and seemed really good quality for Primark. Also a 7 pack of trainer socks for £1 in the clearance section, so I picked up two lots :D.

    And my RI skirt arrived this morning - :D:D:D

    My, lots of chatter today. i'm thinking of bidding on a pair of shoes on ebay so have to stay in for a bit to wait for the auction to end.

    I love that skirt daydream, it looks lovely.

    Alex, don't be worried about meeting internet friends. it usually ends up that everyone is such a mix of different ages etc there is always someone you have in common with in "real life". I have met some really amazing people from forum meets, although it's mostly at festivals or Scottish pub crawls so maybe alcohol helps!! My SIL and my sister both met their OH from online chattering too.....

    I'm back to Primark tomorrow to return a cardi and hopefully not buy too much else. Feeling thoroughly depressed about my April budget - why don't I earn enough to afford even some nice things? :(

    is it true that the returns is only 14days??
    i'm sure it was 30days, but when i took some of the things from my liverpool trip back to telford, they told me there was only a 14day return period..which means the things i haven't yet worn, i'm stuck with - grr!
