I feel so lazy today, have a good swim Alex.

    Night night DB.

I've got a cold coming for sure, I've been so stuffy today, I managed to shake off the last two with various remedies but I think this one is going to be full on. I really suffer with colds like a man.

Lol, I still have my mummy tummy though! Really need to tone it up or by 'hold em in' pants. Hmmm which requires the least effort???:rotfl:

Well mummy tummy or not, you did well to study! I'm in awe. I did actually love how pregnancy was so liberating in the sense that I ate and ate and ate. Initially to keep the nausea at bay and then just because the baby made me do it. No wonder I gained 5 stone!
I guess I can only blame that naughty baby can't it?

Evening everyone..have just got back from the gym after taking my dad up to the garage to pick up his new car lol..he's like a kid at Xmas!!
Quite full of energy considering I've just done another hour on the cross trainer, and then weights!I'm sure it will catch up with me tomorrow!

Hope everyone is ok, have tried to skim to catch up..

Charity shops around here are gradulally creeping their prices up. My worst experiences with them have included having my donations refused as they had too much stuff, being refused an amazing bag from a window display, and a rude woman in the oxfam shop, being really annoyed when I asked if I could try a dress on from a model, who then commented along the lines of "didn't think it would ever fit you" when I had..

Our charity shops vary so much in price. I find the British Heart Foundation generally the most expensive around here. Oxfam can be a bit hit and miss, although the one in Sunderland is doing any three items for £5 I think it is, which is where I got a couple of lovely vintage coats and something else that totally escapes my memory atm.

Actually I've been a bit put off by one of my favourite ones in Newcastle. I was in last week and one of the older assistants, poss the manageress was being really vile to the other assistant. I don't know what she'd done but she certainly didn't deserve to be screamed at and generally humiliated in public. It was truly awful.

PF, that's outrageous, how rude! The shop above also refused to sell me a beautiful vintage hatbox, which was allegedly part of the display. I suspect a member of staff had their eye on it as it's gone now.

You couldn't buy one odd shoe for a £5 in our local oxfams :(
