    Well done! :)
If I were you I'd do a bit of planning and get in lots of speed food and low syn snacks to get you through next week!

I'm practically living on salads at the moment.. which is only made possible by the good weather! :D

Hi. I had WI last night and gained 0.5Ib. Not happy, not happy at all. It was a different consultant this week and they has a differen set of scales and you can say they are all calibrated the same but it wasn't just me who wasn't happy with the results last night, others had gained or stayed the same where they were expecting a loss, some who gained but were expecting to had put on more than they anticipated....
Anyway, trying not to get down hearted. It was only 0.5Ib afterall. Just got to stick with it and have faith it will show next week.
    Still :( though

I know.. it has been hard last couple of days not to cave in and eat crap because if I stuck to the plan last week and did lots of exercise and still put on weight then why bother? I didn't though... I've been good. :p

My bridesmaid is super skinny. Even if I get to target I'm still gonna look big compared to her... ah well, what can you do? Does anyone know a good lipo surgeon? (kidding :p:rotfl:)

Hope everyone is having a good weekend :)

Good luck with that :) You've got 3 weeks so could loose as much as 6Ib if you are 100% and maybe squidge in a bit of exercise.

I am dress shopping on the 24th and was aiming for another 6Ib off my then (also a friends BBq same day) but due to thursdays blip I'll be happy with 4Ib off.

We have also booked to give notice on the 28th. I know it's a bit bonkers but we are making it a 'special' day as I think the going and stating intention to get married is important so we are going to a champagne bar afterwards then on to a nice italian for a meal after, and I would like to be wearing a nice dress and feeling quite good...
WI is day after so I'm going to take a holiday day as I want to enjoy the champagne and meal and not worry about how it will affect the scales the next day... I can undo any damage by the next WI :p :rotfl:
