Welcome John, please make sure you let Morrison's know too. It all helps.
If the store wishes to lose money they may change their tune.
Did complain directly to Morrison’s head office. Received a reply today from the Customer Services Dept. They asked me to visit the same store manager that ignored all my comments just a couple of weeks ago, and he might cancel my ticket. I think Morrison’s is run by dumb and dumber, as if I want to go back for more of the same rubbish from him, he thought he was a headmaster ticking off a naughty boy.
I'll stick with the original plan and ignore all correspondence from ParkingEye, talking of which, I received my second parking charge notice yesterday. Same details as before, but now with a picture of a vehicle that could have been taken anywhere. Also a new heading “Parking Charge Notice To Owner”. Ignored!

Yesterday, I went to park my car only to find that the meter wasn't working. I was in a rush, so left the car where it was. Felt OK to do this as there were other cars parked and I didn't notice any meter tickets in windscreens etc. (Didn't know what else to do really - malfunctioning meter, what are you supposed to do?)
Anyway, returned later to find orange and black sticky envelope(thinly masquerading as a possible council ticket?) with PCN inside, asking for £100, reduced to £70 if paid within 7 days.
A couple of locals were nearby and they said that the faulty/broken meter was a familiar scenario with this particular car park and they reckoned that the management company do it on purpose to up their revenue! Closer insection of the meter revealed a sticker telling people not to park if the meter isn't working. Must admit, I never noticed this when I tried to pay originally.
The parkng management company are Premier Parking Solutions. Anyone had any experience of this lot? I assume it's safe to ignore the PCN?
I posted this in a panic on 29/08/10.
After reading this thread, I decided to ignore the 'parking fine' ticket as it was not enforceable. Must admit, I was sceptical!
Numerous letters followed, some in red, some threatening me with debt collection agencies etc, all a bit scary but I continued to ignore them.
Guess what happened? Nowt. Booger all. Sweet FA.
The letters dwindled and I haven't had one now for about three months. In fact, I didn't even bother opening the last ones I received. They're in filing, somewhere..............or maybe shredded, who knows.
Ordinarily, I would have paid up but remembered this forum so, A great big THANK YOU from me!
I tell everyone now about this scam and tell them to read this if they don't believe me.'The only thing that helps me keep my slender grip on reality is the friendship I have with my collection of singing potatoes'
