    Is it worth updating the Hero? I got mine in September. Are there any significant improvements with the latest version of Android? I have not made any changes with my phone even though I read a while ago that changing the memory card should speed it up quite a bit.
    Finally do all Andriod phones run the same version or is it specifically tailored for each mobile?
