did the offer run out, before your delivery date? if so, you pay the price on the day of delivery

I don't know but isn't that kind of stupid? Placing an order for x amount, how are you suppose to know when the offer runs out?

I rang them today and after 15 minutes in the que, the young lady on the other end was very helpful. She said she will deduct 5x59p from my invoice which is exactly what I wanted.

I didn't notice that, perhaps it was due to run out before delivery but there still is a chance there was a mistake. Yes, I am impressed with how they handled it, I will purchase from them again.

I ordered mine originally to come on Monday - it didn't arrive, so the bloke at the end of the phone apologised and said he would credit it back to my account and reorder it all for me for wednesday. Wednesday come rounds - still no delivery. I phone back and the girl at the end of the line says that it was never re-ordered (great) and would i like her to reorder it for me. So she did and it arrived Friday. Great finally only two things were not what i ordered. Chocolate milk yes please - we don't like banana :ll. And i ordered an organic yeo vally yougot and what turned up was a tims dairy one? whos tim??... Anyways phoned up about that, the man apologised and credited me for those items and then i realised that the man from monday's failed delivery failed to credit my account. One phone call later and its credited finally.

    -sigh

it's such a great idea too. It would be so useful to me.
I'm half minded to email them complaining or write them a letter, but i'm rubbish at complaining.

I'm still waiting for mine to turn up :( It's a shame they don't have an email address.

ETA: Order turned up. Lucky I fetched it in when I did, as a couple of kids were just on their way in the gate to nick the stuff (which wasn't in a carrier bag or anything).

Have now ordered the free pint of milk for delivery on Tuesday

I used this for myself & my gran (on 2 credit cards) and they charged me both times even though both were under £5. I've replied to the email invoice they sent me twice now and still no reply/refund....what can I do?
