I placed my order on Tuesday for delivery today...mine only delivers Mon, Wed and Fri; nothing before I went out this morning...nothing when I got home!
Rang up the contact line and my account has been credited with £5, but now I've got to go out and buy milk!
Lets see what next week brings?

    Hi,
Does anybody know if you cancel your order and then place a new order for a different delivery date, will the code still work or will they think it's been used (hope that makes sense)? Also, has anybody tried using code COOL3 to get the free cool bag and if so, did they apply both codes together? Once the order is placed, it doesn't show whether they have applied the discount code anywhere so how do customers 'prove' what they should or shouldn't be charged?
Thanks in advance for your help.

be careful when ordering, mine was delivered late February and last week I noticed I had been charged even though I had entered the correct code. After a phone call to them, someone rang me back to say even though I had entered a card number, I had not made it a regular payment ( presumably DD ). So I had to pay for my order.

They don't deliver to my address, shame as it sounds really good (I'm guessing it's because I live in a block of flats, my order would be long gone by the time I got to the main door!).

I live in flats too, with a security door but the website says they can deliver to me .......... wonder if they actully would?

I live in flats. They left it outside the very front door to the entire block. Fortunately, I was awake at 5:30am when they came.

We live in flats with a door and had no issues. You can leave a note on your order / account details the door code and what floor you are on. Mine is always left outside our flat on 1st floor

Could anyone tell me how many days after the invoice is produced on the 20th does the amount get taken out via direct debt. Or is there a set payment date for everyone
