Just got my invoice and have 3 days to pay, I am not happy and I will explain why.
My first order was £5.00, I ordered 2 cartons of Cranberry Juice and 2x pack of Muller Yogurt. On my invoice, it shows the correct amount for the Cranberry and since the yogurts were on discount (£1 per pack instead of £1.59) they show as £1 each. The invoice shows a sign up discount of -£5.00 because I used a code.
So far so good but on the 1st March I noticed the Muller Yogurts were still on discount at £1 per pack so I ordered £5 worth (5 packs) and I used another code. On the invoice however, they have charged me £1.59 per pack! I would never buy 5 packs at once at that price. Also the 2nd code I used hasn't been applied to my invoice which doesn't bother me too much. I will ring them and ask what's going on with the yogurt prices.0 -
I've just had my invoice, and it doesn't show the discount. Says amount to pay: £4.98 and Payment date: 23rd March. I set up regular payment by card, but when you login into your account there is no way to remove your card details.
Found this email address on their T&Cs page, so going to email them
milkandmorecustomerservices@dairycrest.co.uk
EDIT: Just had an auto-reply from the above email address saying it's no longer active  does anyone have a current one that definitely works?0 -

Different code but same house? would explain why the £5.code not been applied.
From their T&Cs;- (click on T&Cs at bottom of page) " 2. Only one £5 discount per household"
However they should not have charged you more than £1. per pack if they where on offer.Don`t steal - the Government doesn`t like the competition0 -

Yeah, the code is fine, I am much more concerned with the yogurts and this is the only reason why I will phone them tomorrow unless someone has a working email address?0 -
Customer services is open every day until 6pm (0845 606 3606) so if you're on BT weekend plan, it'll be free to call today.
I had to hold for 19mins to speak to someone (getting lots of complaints, I expect!) but as it was free didn't matter.0 -

And for those who aren't, or use a mobile there are some geo numbers on the SAYNOTO0870 site, just put 08456063606 into the search box.

did the offer run out, before your delivery date? if so, you pay the price on the day of delivery
