The items are just left on your doorstep. The milkman won't knock the door/use the bell whatever time he comes.

Note to self: to be PC remember to call him the milkperson :rotfl:

This could depend on the area, hubby is a milkman and depending on the day he can be delivering from 4am to 1pm.

  • Very impressed, checked outside at just gone 7am & there was my Cheese & Bacon :D I will definately use this service again in an emergency or if i'm ill or kids ill so I don't have to drag them out, I probably won't use it regularly as the prices are higher, but if you only need a couple of bits it's great,:T
Thanks OP, I nearly didn't order as was a bit embarrased just making the one order & maybe not using them again, but when I saw so many of you had I thought I would:p
Comping again - wins so far : 2 V festival tix, 2 NFL tix, 6 bottles of wine, personalised hand soap, Aussie miracle conditioner

Requested mine on Sunday, putting Wednesday rather than Monday as the delivery day as the web site says allow time for the milky to make sure he has enough stocks in. There's nothing on my doorstep :( so will wait til next delivery day, Friday, before getting in touch and/or cancelling it. Shame as I was looking forward to not having to buy any muIlers for a few days, and for those of you who it does work for, well done :)
  • Does anyone know when the £5 discount is applied to the invoice once you have had the first order.

Had my first order derlivered on Tue morning after placing order online Monday and have checked on my online account on the website to confirm that an Invoice is now showing but does not show £5 discount yet

The invoice is produced on the 20th of every month. From my experience (and speaking to them on the phone), the discount is only applied when the invoice is finalised on the 20th.
  • Thanks for the tip! Mine is due tomorrow morning... let's see how it goes!
