 To say I'm bloody annoyed is an understatement. The first time I didn't get my £5 discount, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I figured maybe their system couldn't cope. I was told it'd appear on my next invoice. When my next invoice appeared online, I noticed it hadn't been applied.
I phoned them up again (this making it about 35 mins I've spent getting through to them in total). I spoke to a nice enough woman who would put an 'urgent' mark on my invoice to make sure the £5 got taken off. Surprise surprise, I've just been billed the normal amount.
I really like the service, but the way this offer has been managed and the length of time getting through to them (not good when you have a toddler destroying your house lol) is making me want to close my account and tell them to shove their sausages where the sun doesn't shine! There's a storm coming, Mr Johnson. You and your friends better batten down the hatches, because when it hits, you're all gonna wonder how you ever thought you could live so large and leave so little for the rest of us.0
