:mad: To say I'm bloody annoyed is an understatement. The first time I didn't get my £5 discount, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I figured maybe their system couldn't cope. I was told it'd appear on my next invoice. When my next invoice appeared online, I noticed it hadn't been applied.

I phoned them up again (this making it about 35 mins I've spent getting through to them in total). I spoke to a nice enough woman who would put an 'urgent' mark on my invoice to make sure the £5 got taken off. Surprise surprise, I've just been billed the normal amount.

I really like the service, but the way this offer has been managed and the length of time getting through to them (not good when you have a toddler destroying your house lol) is making me want to close my account and tell them to shove their sausages where the sun doesn't shine!
