Well, called them at 8.10am, 10 minutes after they opened, and it said 'we cannot take your call due to high call volume' and put me in waiting. Don't really believe that many customers would all be calling this early, and if they were, that doesn't bode well either - why would be so many be calling if everything was ok? Hmm0

That is a bit bizzare, I must admit, keep us posted. xMAY THE ODDS BE EVER IN YOUR FAVOUR0

very pleased with service, mine came at 7am in time for breakfast. Just hope the discount code does actually work for us all when we got our invoices at the end of the month

Has your arrived yet?
Yes!! I called again at 9.10am and got through to someone. She asked what day I'd selected as my delivery day on the pop up calender on the website, which was confusing, as there wasn't any calender on the website!
She then said orders were usually delivered by 9am and that she would check with the depot. After doing that she told me mine should be delivered by 2pm, which I found a bit odd as she had just said it should have been with me by 9am. But just after she told me it should come by 2pm, the delivery guy turned up! I.e. at approx 9.15am. Goodness knows who she talked to at the depot then!!
Just as well it turned up as my pancake craving meant I was going outside in the cold to check every 10 mins and the neighbours might have wondered what I was up to!0 -
