so i did go down with my passport today, only to find that whilst the cashier was happy enough to photocopy and stamp my documents, they wouldn't be able to action them there. instead she suggested i sent them through the mail again!

as much as i would like this account i simply can't risk sending this company such important personal information again. no amount of postal insurance can compensate me if these fall into the wrong hands. back to the drawing board...
