Welcome tara747, they say the last stone is the hardest to shift but i'm sure you'll be wearing your pretty clothes by summer.
Thanks for the kind words. I've just scoffed a few oatcakes with jam to quash the need for sugar, better than chocolate anyway!Get to 119lbs! 1/2/09: 135.6lbs 1/5/11: 145.8lbs 30/3/13 150lbs 22/2/14 137lbs 2/6/14 128lbs 29/8/14 124lbs 2/6/17 126lbs

Thanks morocha i'm usually ok if they're not in the house, it's my own stupid fault for making the biscuits and cake yesterday. I haven't eaten any though, i went and started tea instead. While i was waiting for the Chilli to cook i did 15 mins on Just dance and the urge has now gone.:T
Welcome to GingerRuby.:D
I've never tried oatcakes are they like rice cakes tara?
Everytime i come on here and someone else has joined it inspires me even more.:D I don't think i could do this on my own but it helps to know i'm not the only one doing it so thank you to all of you.:j:j:j0 -

The calories/fat aren't too bad i just looked it up online they would be about 1/2 a point each the same as rice cakes. I like cheese on salt and vinegar rice cakes or low fat soft cheese and cherry tomatoes when i'm being good. i don't like cheese on any other flavour though for some reason.
Just incase anyone doesn't know, neveah's my Sister and i don't know why she's scared of me, it's not like i keep phoning her saying are you being good.:A:rotfl::rotfl:0 -
