Good morning ladies.
Well, todays my enuff is enuff day, started already by sitting here with my mug of tea with no sugar in it, yeuch, but, i'll get used to it.
Plans for later are, setting up the wii, i dont have this dance thing that your all talking about but i have the wii fit and the sports one so going to try and do <<<< erase that, im not going to ''try'' I AM going to do half an hour at least.
Im fortunate enough at the moment to be living in a building which has a gym/steamroom and sauna attached so again I AM going to walk for half an hour on the running machine and then sit in a steamroom for 15 mins. Oh these great plans i have, we'll see!
Best wishes to all x
Apologies for posting on this thread but been lurking for a little while and found some of your comments interesting. Im too looking to lose some weight about half a stone - a stone tops and currently doing the couch to 5k program and i think its slowly (very slowly) working for me.
Anyways i just wanted to suggest to 2Fat about your tea-without-sugar, I have to agree tea without the sugar is just not the same - coming from someone who used to have 2 sugars in my tea. But I have switched to Green Tea which tastes really nice and is really good for you and apparently increases your metabolism as well.
Just a suggestion! HTH

Thanks Goppers, i will try the green tea.
My hubby drinks all those kind of weird teas so there's plenty in cupboard, i guess iv always been set in my ways and to me tea is tea PG or Yorkshire and not some fancy dishwater looking yeuch lol, but, im in this for the long run so to speak and obviously my ways need changing or i wouldnt be in the state im in now.
Ok, off to make a cup of green tea, i'll have to put milk in it tho which proberly defeats the purpose but every little change i think will help, and it is semi skimmed i use.
Still havent been on the wii, have to wait till OH comes home and sets it up, certainly worked up a sweat trying to tho haha.
Iv had 2 sachets of syrup porridge today, its very filling actually and i always drink a pint of water when finished because its quite gloopy so i guess that also helps fill the gap.0 -
I was the same 2Fat - didn't beleive in trying out any other tea apart from Typoo or PG or Tetleys! Best ones I have found is the pure green tea. You can get the blend ones which are too strong and I think those can be drunk with milk. But the pure green tea shouldn't be drunk with milk - it doesn't need it IMO, it has a subtle taste, no milk or sugar required so it can only be good for you!

I like the look of that ea sports active morocha but people have said it's really hard work. What's it like?
I was thinking weekly weigh ins loopymadlover i don't think i've got the paitence to wait a month to find out. I don't mind though if that would be better for people.
I've just done 30 mins on the Wii fit, it started raining so we didn't get our walk. School run time now so i'd better shift myself.
I hope everyone's having a good day. xx0 -
Im not feeling well with wisdom tooth pain so not really done much at all, but ive not pigged out on crisps at all this week and besides a biscuit or 2 ive not had any chocolate or sweeties! Hopefully By the weekend i will be feeling better and can get on just dance!:xmastree: :rudolf: :xmastree:0

Hope you feel better soon ladyfalco.
I've been thinking about monthly vs weekly weighing. Monthly would probably work better as it's lose 7lbs a month rather than 4 weeks IYSWIM. But maybe we could weigh when ever we wanted then i could update the 1st post on the 19th of the month. What does everyone else think?0
