Wow - this thread moves fast! Hi to everyone who has joined since I last posted. My diet has completely gone to pot today - have been rushing round like something possessed and have just been grabbing food on the run. Has involved crisps:eek: Got lotsof healthy stuff in now so tomorrow should be much better!
Friday might throw a bit of a spanner in the works though as I'm off to hospital for an op on my foot which is going to stop any exercise for a while. At least I won't be able to walk to the fridge for a few days though:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: Does put me at the mercy of OH's cooking too which usually involves bacon sandwiches or a trip to the chipshop! Have stocked up on lowfat yoghurts and alpen light bars today which should help!
I'm going to weigh in weekly - starting this Friday. Don't want my weight going up with added lbs from whatever dressing/plaster I end up with on my foot. Wonder whether starving myself before the general anaesthetic will have much effect!

well i am home now after a mamouth shift, and was going to go to aqua fit but think i will get on my wi fit save ££££ and loose LBS lol. I feel guilty has i gad 2 sausge with my baked spud and beans at lunch:mad: I will not have me spieacial k till after iv done me wi fit.I will have to weigh in every wk because i will crawling the walls thinking have i or not lost, so i opt for weekly for me. :T

So if we all weigh when's best for us, i'm going to weigh Friday because that's a week from when i started then i'll just update the 1st post on the 19th of the month with what we've lost over the month. Does that make sense?

the Ea sports active is hard work.. it is much better than wii fit..but at the end.. i could not be bothered and i really needed the money.

End of day 6 - I've used 23/25 points and have done 30 mins on the Wii fit earning 2.5 bonus points.
I had chocolate in my hand unwrapped and i didn't eat it even though i had enough points.:eek: OH brought over some tescos version of mini mars bars and it was 2 points for a tiny amount so i told him to eat it. Mind you i'm kind of wishing i didn't now seeing as i've got 2 points left.0 -
Can't you claim it back from Royal mail even though it wasn't recorded using the proof of postage or is there a limit? I don't blame you for eating chocolate i think i would have too.0

I've done 20 mins on the Wii fit so far but i will do some more later. I'm hoping for a good loss tomorrow as i've been good all week. I normally have at least one bad day a week but so far i've been good.0 -
I've been thinking about monthly vs weekly weighing. Monthly would probably work better as it's lose 7lbs a month rather than 4 weeks IYSWIM. But maybe we could weigh when ever we wanted then i could update the 1st post on the 19th of the month.What does everyone else think?
I don't have any scales at home, so I'll weigh myself once a week when I get into Boots in the local town. I weighed myself today and I've lost 1 1/2 lbs from when I last weighed on the 12th..... so my weight now is 15 stone 5 lbs.
Was diagnosed as diabetic yesterday, so I've really got to stick to a healthy eating plan. If I can lower my blood glucose level by lifestyle changes (sticking to a healthy eating plan, losing weight and doing more exercise), I won't need tablets. So.... off shopping in the morning for all the low sugar, really healthy stuff!Keep Calm and Carry On Kondoing
