Another one of my favs is Tomato & Chorizo soup. Heres the recipe if your interested.

1/2 chorizo sausage or 1/2 pak of sliced Chorizo
    1 onion
    2 cloves of garlic
    tinned tomatoes
    sprinkle of chilli flakes
    3 carrots
    1 red pepper
    3-4potatoes
    2pts of veg stock

Cut chorizo and fry, cook carrots to soften. Add to chorizo with chilli garlic & onion, allow to soften. Add tomatoes, pepper and potatoes, followed by stock. simmer for 40mins. Cool & blend

Thanks ladyfalco i'm going to have to try both of those. At the market they do massive gammon joints for £10 that i could cut into 2 to make 2 meals for us all then i could use the leftovers for the soup.

Ds2 wants to make banana cake and hobnobs this afternoon , i'm going to have to use all my willpower to resist.

We made a fat free banana cake and some hobnobs. Im pleased to say i haven't eaten any of it.:A I'll have to work out the points in the cake to see how different it is to the normal recipe. I probably will have a little bit of something depending on how many points i've got left.

I've done 15 mins on Just dance and it was really hard going today. I kept having to take layers off as i was sweating like a pig.:o

End of day 4 - I've used 22/25 points, done 35 mins on the Wii fit & 15 mins on Just dance earning 5 bonus points.

How's everyone else doing? I'm still feeling really motivated and can't wait to weigh on Friday.

    Can I join please?

I don't have many clothes these days that are too small for me, I've been this fat for so long there's not much left hiding in the wardrobe...

I've also got until July to lose a bit of weight, we're going on a cruise and I'd love to buy a gorgeous dress for formal night that doesn't look like a sparkly tent.:o

When I weighed myself last Friday I'd put on half a stone of the weight I lost before Christmas in the WW 3 month challenge.

I'd rather not say till the end of the challenge how much I weigh, if that's OK, but I will send a PM to hollyh telling her what my start weight is this Friday.:)
Being so heavy does make me feel ashamed, but the thought of telling ppl how much I've lost after a few months makes it seem a bit better, iyswim.

I'm still a member of WW online, I just need a challenge to get back into it!

Welcome ailuro2, i'll just put your name in the 1st post not your weight and then each week i'll put how much you've lost if that's ok?

My main motivation for doing this was my OH's black tie ball which was at the beginning of February. I had an outfit i'd worn to my Uncle's 60th which was really nice and a size 16 ( which i'm not ). The top was ok but i couldn't breathe in the skirt and after leaving it until the week before to check it fitted wasn't left with much time to diet. I bought tummy control pants and stuck to the WW fast track diet for a week but it wasn't anywhere nearly enough and i had to buy another skirt.:o It was ok but it didn't go with the top as well as the other one did and i spent the whole evening feeling like a frump. Then after all the skirt fiasco my shoes didn't fit, my feet must have got fatter too. It was a disaster and i probably should have bought a new outfit in the first place i think i was in denial at how big i've got.

Less junk's a step in the right direction ladyfalco. Could you take some healthy snacks into work with you? I know when i was working last year they gave me a biscuit habit i never had before. We'd have biscuits about 4 times a day some days and i didn't usually eat biscuits. I ended up taking fruit and cereal bars in with me or finding something to do at break time as i was piling the weight on. I'd go to college on a Friday and we'd have more biscuits and mini donuts and sometimes chinese for lunch.:o

Yay let us know how you get on it's great fun. Well done for taking fruit.

I'm finding today a little bit hard, i think it's because i know there's snacky stuff in the house and i want to eat it. I'll finish my coffee then go and do some housework to take my mind off it. There's grapes in the freezer so by tonight they should be nicely frozen and i can eat them instead.
