Nev it's not too late that code lasts until midnight.
It doesn't matter focus888 how heavy you are, come and join us we're all in the same boat. Just think in 6 months time we can all be a bit slimmer.0 -
This sounds like the perfect challenge for me, if you'll have me please! We've just booked to go away on 20th August with a group of friends to somewhere with a pool:eek::eek: and in my current state would probably be laughed straight out of the pool! The other women going are either size 8 or 10 and I don't want my kids to be embarassed for 'having a fat mum'!
So here it is in black and white - 13 stone 10:eek: and a very tight size 16! So my goal is to lose 3 stone 3lb in 6 months!
Good luck everybody!20K by Xmas 2010 (10 in 10 challenge - debt):

Savings: £0 / £95000 -
Welcome toolittletime i'm sure you'll achieve your goal in time for your holiday:j. I remember last year on holiday in the outdoor pool walking past all the super slim tanned people in my horrible baggy swimming costume.:rotfl: I vowed then i wouldn't feel like that again next year.0

Well I managed my 3km at the gym this morning...gasp! hoping to go 3 x a week..
my worst time is night time...grazing whilst watching tv!! I'm always hungry.:D0 -
That soup sounds nice ladyfalco can you post the recipe please i would like to try that.
Well done arroli.:T I find a good thing to graze on is frozen grapes, they take an age to eat and taste so sweet i feel like i'm getting my sugar fix. If i want something savoury it's different flavoured rice cakes, i've got chilli ones and marmite ones at the moment although i'm not sure i like the marmite ones that much.
I've just done 35 mins on the Wii fit. I'm wearing a size 20 cardigan thingy and it looks really baggy i think it'll be the 1st thing to go.:D0 -
No problem!
You need-
2tbsp oil
6 rashers of bacon (you can use left overs from a gammon joint too)
1 onion
2 carrots
200g lentils
400g tinned tomatoes
1 stock cube
salt & pepper if it needs it..
Heat the oil in a large pan, Add bacon, onions & Carrots and cook for 10mins. Add lentils and stir well. Add Tomatoes and 1.5litres of boiling water, stir in stock cube. simmer for 1 hour or till tender, cool and blend. You can add some chilli flakes for a bit of a kick!:xmastree: :rudolf: :xmastree:0
