That's not bad going ladyfalco considering what people usually put on over Christmas.

OH has informed me we're going for a long walk this afternoon, i've seen his walks before and they're usually really hard work.

Walked around Cheltenham yesterday finding new shoes for DD2 - does that count?! I like the Shaun White Snowboarding on the Wii - find Wii fit a bit tedious...Maybe I need the dance one too. Is anywhere doing a good deal on it?

Hannah Waterman's DVD is really good - started it a few weeks ago, but have already fallen off the wagon:o. My willpower is a bit carp so give me a good kicking every now and again please ladies!

I have also just bought 'How not to get fat' (bit late!) from the Book People and it seems very good (along the Paul McKenna lines really) on portion control and listening to your body etc. Advocates change of lifestyle, which is what I need I think.

Nev don't make the biscuits, haven't you got any in the cupboard you can give them? You could always still make them but make less so you know they'll be none left to tempt you later. One won't hurt you anyway so you don't feel like you're missing out as long as the rest of the day is good and you exercise.:D

cosmomo that book sounds good, a lifestyle change is what i'm aiming for i need to stop this constant yo - yoing. I think we're all going to need a good kick at some point, let me know when you're flagging and i'll oblidge.:p

The cheapest i could see Just Dance for was Tesco at £16 i think that's about what i paid for it. http://direct.tesco.com/q/R.207-1959.aspx

I'm waiting for OH to pick us up, we have to go bed shopping now before our walk so that'll be fun.

Have impulsively bought Just Dance at Very using a £15 off discount code for first time user of site. I had to buy a nail polish (which I actually needed) to get the total to £25 to get the £15 off but have got both for £13.95 delivered. :money: They should be here next week - I am irrationally excited:j:j.

Am I allowed to post the code - or is that against forum rules? It ends at midnight tonight ...

That's a really good deal cosmomo, i don't think you're allowed to post the code but you can post a link to it. Your going to love it when it comes it's so much fun.

We eventually went for an hours walk after a lot of faffing around. I have eaten an icecream which i need to work the points out for. :o I did resist mini sausages, pasties, crisps and cakes which i'm very proud of.:A

Hello, mind if I join in too?
It's my daughters wedding in June...and I must lose at least a stone!
    Im 12 stone now, 5ft 5" and in a size 16 (sometimes 18 jeans)

To be honest, Ive been "trying" for about 3 weeks now, healthy eating and going to the gym (treadmill and bike) but nothing is happening!! Im getting despondent, so some motivation is needed...:)

I did WW a few years ago but think I've forgotten the points values, might just stick to healthy, as I dont eat any bread or wheat products and only use soya milk.

Welcome arroli, you'll lose that stone by June no trouble.

End of day 3, i've used 20.5 / 25 points , i've been for an hours walk and done 15 mins on Just Dance earning 5.5 bonus points.

I just found my diet diary for Jan 2008 and i was 1lb heavier than i am now. By the looks of it i gave up after a week and a day.:o Hopefully i'll do better this time.:D

I'm going to take all the clothes out of my wardrobe that don't fit me now and have a trying on of the next size down every couple of weeks or so.
