This happened to me last week and I lost 6 jobs. Spoke to Project manager at ESA and she said it was prob my mistake although I knew it wasn't. I was told "No glitches at our end"

Telephone them immediately or tomorrow and tell them this. It's obviously a problem at their end :)

I have two local jobs supposed to be on SA, these too have gone into my inbox

How frustrating. I've just called them and said I'm not the only one having this problem and I am not doing anything wrong!!!

Lets see if these two jobs disappear in front of my eyes to someones who's self allocation is working ARRGGh :)

Further to discussion on here yesterday, I have had the following reply from Max:-

"We are working on a pending apps page as we speak, if all testing goes to plan, it should be live tomorrow. I will let you know."

Certainly sounds as if they listen, and act. Look forward to working with them.

could do with this now! cant remember which days I put down for each town n have a job on amber I can apply for! oh well will apply with the date I think :)

Gissa few minutes and i'll pop over with me mop and feather-duster :D.

The company are gonna call back on Friday to request payment. Think i'll use the time and search others to see if I can get a contract without paying a deposit.

I stupidly thought i'd get a cheque back for £100 after 3 months :o. I take it from your post they credit the money to your account. Silly me .

Be v.v.cautious in doing this. Sounds to me like you've already been credit-checked. More credit checks in a short space of time could make things even worse. Equally it may just be this particular phone compny being very strict with their credit-scoring, but be careful.

Does anyone here do any work for Service Science? I've just been allocated my first jobs and i'm a tad confused about a couple of things so wouldn't mind PM'ing someone if you don't mind.

Feel like a newbie again :o

ESA have now confirmed there is a problem with self allocating and they have their techie peeps onto it. At last.....:D, I thought I was going nuts for a minute or two. The two I applied for had to be manually allocated.

And taxi's, both private hire and Hackney.

As a private hire driver myself, I just cant see MS co's doing assignments for them.

They are all self employed workers, and the cab companies just work as an agent, they are hardly likely to spend aload of money to MS their drivers

Re tern/sassie - I have been allocated my first jobs with them. It seems that any purchases need to be returned to them. Is that correct? Thought I had managed to get a pair of glasses for free!

They will send you a prepaid envelope and reimburse you the money for the glasses, you will need to complete a claim form for that individual one and a visit claim form can be done at the end of the month for all visits done with them to claim your fees.

Yes they need to be returned. I did 4 of these in the last wave and had over £300 laying out to be reimbursed for what seemed like ages!
